    Lastest news :)...

    Weight - apr.81 (this morning)

    waist - 77
    Hips - 105
    Thigh - 65

    I'm not sure about the results. It's either I measured myself wrongly last time, or now. I don't really believe I could loose 7 cm on my waist and apr 9 on hips. Anyway - I'm still happy :)...

    I's nearly 2 months of this body design program now. Nothing new - still apr 1200 kcal/day, and 2 times of training/week. I wanted to go there more times/week, but I'm sick now (have a cold), so I spent this weekend at home.

    Changed my weight on profile. It's the first time when my lost weight is more then weight "to go" :)....

    OK, so here are the news:

    1 month and 2 days passed since the start of this "body design" program. At the moment my weight is apr. 84 kgs. I eat apr 1200 kcal/day, go to gym 2 times/week, go to linedance 1 or 2 times/week - and that's approximatelly it. This program should last for another 2 months, and they promised me another 7 kgs down. So far I don't feel too hungry, and the biggest problem is cooking at home - I still hate it :(...

    Just found my last measures :
    Waist - 83
    Hips - 111 (if I measured it right)
    Leg - 65

    So, since April 10th, 2006, I have -1 on my waist, +3 on hips (god, why???), +2 on legs ...

    OK, let's not get upset on that. I'm starting to workout (or whatever it's called), and let's hope I will be able to write "- x" after 3 months.

    By the way, I was a little dissapointed when they did not measure me there at the sport club. They just checked my weight, and % of fat inside my body (37 %)...

    This is where I start. Can't take a picture of myself - my camera is at my brother's, so I will put my summer photo from Crete. It's not beatiful - I look fat there, but - I'm supposed to look ugly, since this is supposed to be "Before" photo :)...

    Today it was first day at sport club. It was kind of introduction, so I basically just learned how to use various devices there, walked 15 min (burned 110 calories :) ), paid 300 USD and left a list of information about me. Tomorrow I'm going to a massage. Wednesday - linedance. Thursday - first real workout in sport club :)...

    Wish me luck :)...

    OK, I'm back :)


    No news during that time. Or, let's say it this way: no bad news - I did not gain any weight more than I already have. And, no good news as well - I did not drop a single kg since my last post :(...

    Anyway, I'm starting a "new life" on monday again. I'm buying some "body design" program. I met lady who is in charge of this program. Program includes food plan ( what to eat, when, how to prepare food, etc), and training program (12 personal hours with a trainer, exercise plan adjusted for me personally, etc). Well, I've never tried any exercises using all these devises in sport club before, so let's see - maybe it will work :)...

    By the way, this lady I talked to today, she said I can eat anything that I considered "forbidden"before: milk, bread, etc :)...

    So, I'm starting my first day in sport club on monday, and food program should be prepared by next wednesday or thursday.

    Another good thing in my life - linedance is back from vacation. Yesterday it was great :). I still remember most of the steps, and I had big smile on my face most of the time :)...

    Lunch - beetroot soup. salmon something/mashed potatoes/pickled cucumbers. Carrot juice
    Diner - smoked fish/cucumber. Kvas

    Caffe Latte, strawberry muss with cherry sauce (met with a friend).

    OK, I'm back. Just returned from Crete. 10 days of all inclusive, plus 2,5 kgs (it's apr 87,5 now, let's say I left with 85 - in real it was closer to 86). Plenty of new impressions, 11 blouses for 10 days :) (it's so great to buy things when you can fit in them easily :) ), two dates (ok, one of them was married, and another one old - still it was 2 !!! in 10 days, comparing to 0 in 31 years :)))), one exchanged telephone number, one promise to come/promise to invite to Sweden :) - those -20 kgs really paid off :)... The main gain in all this (apart from 2 kgs ) - much higher self confidence :).

    And now, about plans. The minimum plan is to get to 85 again - at least until the end of July. I really trust I can do it - I just need to get back to not eating "not allowed" food, and start moving around at least a little. I know I can do it, and I must do it - because if I don't, I can easily start growing up again. And I can't do that, because this guy from Sweden promised to come here in two months :). And, if I'll be good :) - he will take me with him next year :).

    And - I'm going to start writing down what I eat again - so you can kick my ass if I don't control myself :)...

    Still 86 this morning...

    Food:
    breakfast - two boiled eggs/cucumber
    Snack - some grapes.
    Snack - 3 little pieces of smoked pork/cucumber/raddish.
    Snack - very little piece of cake (just tried it)
    Snack - 5 indian nuts.
    Snack - cottage cheese with apple jam
    Snack - apple
    Lunch (or diner, if we call all these snacks lunch) - soya pancakes (soya flakes with one egg, fried in a pan)/vegetables
    Snack - carrot juice, fruit coctail
    Snack - some dried melons

    God, that looks terrible :(

    Did not go to pool - overslept.

    Future plans
    I's 7 months since I started to change...

    Today I put on my student's jeans, and they fit :). I'm still way far from perfect, and at the current point there are some problems: first, my body seems to get used to food it's getting, so I don't loose weight that easy as I did at the begining; second - I allow myself too many exceptions. At the start, I tried hardly to avoid any single bite of sweets or bread, and now nearly every day I eat something I shouldn't be eating (today it was cheese on top of my lunch chicken). Third - due to new project at work I don't manage to go to table tennis, and I stopped any sport :(. Which is wrong, so I'll try to force myself to go to pool, and to some morning excercises (I was planing this for some time already, but so far I did not manage to get up early enough).

    86 again... yesterday it was 85, then I had dried melons and plenty of salted cracker-like bread in the evening, and today it's 86 again. And I'm not going to buy this bread again ...

    Food:
    breakfast - boiled potatoes heated in a pan/vegetables (raddish, cucumber, lettuce, no dressing)
    Lunch - chicken, with some vegetables/cheese on top, vegetables. Creme vegetable soup
    Diner - apple

    No sports so far. Planning to go to pool tomorrow, if I get up early enough (I have to be there by 9 AM).

    No happy news :(... I totally lost control over myself...

    Weight - was 86 this morning.

    Food:
    Breakfast - meat/tomatoes
    Lunch - soup. Chicken/vegetable
    Chocolate drink after lunch.
    Snack - some dried plums
    Snack - pear
    Diner - boiled chicken (or turkey)/vegetables. Grapes and apple after diner.

    Going to line dances at 8 PM.

    weight - 86 kgs again (have no idea why)

    Food:
    Breakfast - two chicken wings/cucumber. apple (big)
    Lunch - nearly raw fish (tuna)/vegetables. Ate two little pieces of white bread after it - to kill the taste of raw fish in my mouth. Carrot juice
    Diner - two chicken wings again/cucumber.

    protein day today :)

    2 hours of table tennis.

    UPD. Just ate two teaspoons of apple jam (home made), and made myself a big pot of "tea"(teaspoon of honey and lemon juice on a hot water)... Well, let's look on the bright side - I skipped rice bread as an addition to tea...

    Food:
    Breakfast - cucumber/tomatoe salad, rice bread (4 pieces, 160 kcal)
    Lunch - sweet/sour chicken/rice/vegetables (cabbage/carrot). Soup (fat, with onions - ugly)
    Diner - 3 pieces of rice bread. Steemed frozen vegetables

    Not planing to eat any more. Going to linear dances in 0,5 hour.

    I might have to leave table tennis :(. I'm sent to new project, and will not manage to leave work at 5 PM, and all later hours at tennis are taken ... Most likely replace it with pool - I can go there until 10 PM...

    ... and linear dances are closing for summer at the end of june...

    OK, I'm back. Weekend was spent at my parents. Too much food, too late in the evening. But in general - it could be worse.

    Weight today - 86. Sometime it looks like 85 is my bottom line :(... I did not loose a single kg during whole May...

    Food today:
    Breakfast- oat cereal/apple jam. One apple
    "Snack" - one candy
    Lunch - fish/potatoes/cheese/tomatoes. Soup
    Snack - 0,5 of apple. 2 little pieces of dried melon.
    Diner - two big apples. 2 pieces of rice bread/water with honey.
