Yesterday's cereal for breakfast (sooo good, because I wouldn't have time to make a new one - overslept again).
8 mandarines for lunch. Did not want to go out
boiled salmon for dinner. It was sooo good. I did not eat any fish or meat from last tuesday (I guess), and it appeares I'm not ready to become a vegetarian again. I visited some place where you can choose main dish, potatoes and vegetables yourself separately (like a self service place). I took some tomatoes, some cucumbers and 8 olives :) (ate 3 of them), and fresh carrot juice. It looked like it was too much for me, I felt somehow full (did not feel like this for quite long now :)). Left some tomatoes in the place - could not finish it.
And of course - plenty of water/green tea. Did not drink much (except of cup of tea) in the morning - there was no no gas water in the office. But got a 1,5 liter bottle in afternool, drunk 2/3 of it. And some at home as well. I guess I manage to make 2 l/day so far.
By the way, felt quite hungry at 3 p.m (ate my mandarines at noon). Usually I feel a little hungry late in the evening, not during the day. But after fish it's ok now.
No changes in kilos. It looks that my weight does not react to what I eat. Changes are soo slow. I know I should be easier if I go in for sports, but at the moment I can't go to pool, and I don't want any other sports so far. I plan to go to aerobic later, maybe next month - when I get under 100 kg at least...
So much news for today.
