  <description>Lastest news :)...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weight - apr.81 (this morning)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;waist - 77&lt;br /&gt;Hips - 105&lt;br /&gt;Thigh - 65&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;m not sure about the results. It&apos;s either I measured myself wrongly last time, or now. I don&apos;t really believe I could loose 7 cm on my waist and apr 9 on hips. Anyway - I&apos;m still happy :)...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;s nearly 2 months of this body design program now. Nothing new - still apr 1200 kcal/day, and 2 times of training/week. I wanted to go there more times/week, but I&apos;m sick now (have a cold), so I spent this weekend at home.</description>

  <description>OK, so here are the news:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 month and 2 days passed since the start of this &quot;body design&quot; program. At the moment my weight is apr. 84 kgs. I eat apr 1200 kcal/day, go to gym 2 times/week, go to linedance 1 or 2 times/week - and that&apos;s approximatelly it. This program should last for another 2 months, and they promised me another 7 kgs down. So far I don&apos;t feel too hungry, and the biggest problem is cooking at home - I still hate it :(...</description>

  <description>Just found my last measures :&lt;br /&gt;Waist - 83&lt;br /&gt;Hips - 111 (if I measured it right)&lt;br /&gt;Leg - 65&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, since April 10th, 2006, I have -1 on my waist, +3 on hips (god, why???), +2 on legs ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;OK, let&apos;s not get upset on that. I&apos;m starting to workout (or whatever it&apos;s called), and let&apos;s hope I will be able to write &quot;- x&quot; after 3 months.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By the way, I was a little dissapointed when they did not measure me there at the sport club. They just checked my weight, and % of fat inside my body (37 %)...</description>

  <description>Weight - 86,9 (tonight)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breast - 104&lt;br /&gt;waist - 84&lt;br /&gt;Hips - 114&lt;br /&gt;Thigh - 67&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is where I start. Can&apos;t take a picture of myself - my camera is at my brother&apos;s, so I will put my summer photo from Crete. It&apos;s not beatiful - I look fat there, but - I&apos;m supposed to look ugly, since this is supposed to be &quot;Before&quot; photo :)...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today it was first day at sport club. It was kind of introduction, so I basically just learned how to use various devices there, walked 15 min (burned 110 calories :) ), paid 300 USD and left a list of information about me. Tomorrow I&apos;m going to a massage. Wednesday - linedance. Thursday - first real workout in sport club :)...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wish me luck :)...</description>

  <description>OK, I&apos;m back :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No news during that time. Or, let&apos;s say it this way: no bad news - I did not gain any weight more than I already have. And, no good news as well - I did not drop a single kg since my last post :(...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway, I&apos;m starting a &quot;new life&quot; on monday again. I&apos;m buying some &quot;body design&quot; program. I met lady who is in charge of this program. Program includes food plan ( what to eat, when, how to prepare food, etc), and training program (12 personal hours with a trainer, exercise plan adjusted for me personally, etc). Well, I&apos;ve never tried any exercises using  all these devises in sport club before, so let&apos;s see - maybe it will work :)... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By the way, this lady I talked to today, she said I can eat anything that I considered &quot;forbidden&quot;before: milk, bread, etc :)...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, I&apos;m starting my first day in sport club on monday, and food program should be prepared by next wednesday or thursday. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another good thing in my life - linedance is back from vacation. Yesterday it was great :). I still remember most of the steps, and I had big smile on my face most of the time :)...</description>

  <description>OK, I&apos;m back. Just returned from Crete. 10 days of all inclusive, plus 2,5 kgs (it&apos;s apr 87,5 now, let&apos;s say I left with 85 - in real it was closer to 86). Plenty of new impressions, 11 blouses for 10 days :) (it&apos;s so great to buy things when you can fit in them easily :) ), two dates (ok, one of them was married, and another one old - still it was 2 !!! in 10 days, comparing to 0 in 31 years :)))), one exchanged telephone number, one promise to come/promise to invite to Sweden :) - those -20 kgs really paid off :)... The main gain in all this (apart from 2 kgs ) - much higher self confidence :).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And now, about plans. The minimum plan is to get to 85 again - at least until the end of July. I really trust I can do it - I just need to get back to not eating &quot;not allowed&quot; food, and start moving around at least a little. I know I can do it, and I must do it - because if I don&apos;t, I can easily start growing up again. And I can&apos;t do that, because this guy from Sweden promised to come here in two months :). And, if I&apos;ll be good :) - he will take me with him next year :). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And - I&apos;m going to start writing down what I eat again - so you can kick my ass if I don&apos;t control myself :)...</description>

  <description>Still 86 this morning...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food:&lt;br /&gt;breakfast - two boiled eggs/cucumber&lt;br /&gt;Snack - some grapes. &lt;br /&gt;Snack - 3 little pieces of smoked pork/cucumber/raddish. &lt;br /&gt;Snack - very little piece of cake (just tried it)&lt;br /&gt;Snack - 5 indian nuts.&lt;br /&gt;Snack - cottage cheese with apple jam&lt;br /&gt;Snack - apple&lt;br /&gt;Lunch (or diner, if we call all these snacks lunch) - soya pancakes (soya flakes with one egg, fried in a pan)/vegetables&lt;br /&gt;Snack - carrot juice, fruit coctail&lt;br /&gt;Snack - some dried melons&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;God, that looks terrible :(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did not go to pool - overslept.</description>

  <title>Future plans</title>

  <description>I&apos;s 7 months since I started to change... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I put on my student&apos;s jeans, and they fit :). I&apos;m still way far from perfect, and at the current point there are some problems: first, my body seems to get used to food it&apos;s getting, so I don&apos;t loose weight that easy as I did at the begining; second - I allow myself too many exceptions. At the start, I tried hardly to avoid any single bite of sweets or bread, and now nearly every day I eat something I shouldn&apos;t be eating (today it was cheese on top of my lunch chicken). Third - due to new project at work I don&apos;t manage to go to table tennis, and I stopped any sport :(. Which is wrong, so  I&apos;ll try to force myself to go to pool, and to some morning excercises (I was planing this for some time already, but so far I did not manage to get up early enough).</description>

  <description>86 again... yesterday it was 85, then I had dried melons and plenty of salted cracker-like bread in the evening, and today it&apos;s 86 again. And I&apos;m not going to buy this bread again ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food:&lt;br /&gt;breakfast - boiled potatoes heated in a pan/vegetables (raddish, cucumber, lettuce, no dressing)&lt;br /&gt;Lunch - chicken, with some vegetables/cheese on top, vegetables. Creme vegetable soup&lt;br /&gt;Diner - apple&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No sports so far. Planning to go to pool tomorrow, if I get up early enough (I have to be there by 9 AM).</description>

  <description>weight - 86 kgs again (have no idea why)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food:&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast - two chicken wings/cucumber. apple (big)&lt;br /&gt;Lunch - nearly raw fish (tuna)/vegetables. Ate two little pieces of white bread after it - to kill the taste of raw fish in my mouth. Carrot juice&lt;br /&gt;Diner - two chicken wings again/cucumber.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;protein day today :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 hours of table tennis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;UPD. Just ate two teaspoons of apple jam (home made), and made myself a big pot of &quot;tea&quot;(teaspoon of honey and lemon juice on a hot water)... Well, let&apos;s look on the bright side - I skipped rice bread as an addition to tea...</description>

Soup (fat, with onions - ugly)&lt;br /&gt;Diner - 3 pieces of rice bread. Steemed frozen vegetables&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not planing to eat any more. Going to linear dances in 0,5 hour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I might have to leave table tennis :(. I&apos;m sent to new project, and will not manage to leave work at 5 PM, and all later hours at tennis are taken ... Most likely replace it with pool - I can go there until 10 PM...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;... and linear dances are closing for summer at the end of june...</description>

Sometime it looks like 85 is my bottom line :(... I did not loose a single kg during whole May...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food today:&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast- oat cereal/apple jam.   <description>Weight - 85 this morning - I don&apos;t know why - weekend was as all before - full of food and minimum of action :(...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will not write about last weekend&apos;s food - it was too much and wrong choise of food. I&apos;ll just try to fix this mistake during this week...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today&apos;s food:&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast - two fried eggs/cucumber&lt;br /&gt;Lunch - chicken/rice/vegetables (chinese style). Mushroom soup. White bread (it was out of toaster, and I could not hold myself :(... After all - it&apos;s first white bread after a long long time... I just hope I will be able to keep myself out of white bread for long long time in the future before I eat it again... Again - I left butter untouched...)&lt;br /&gt;Snack - some nuts (not mine), more dried melon (mine). 0,5 l kvas.&lt;br /&gt;Diner - some nuts (mine this time), steamed vegetables/vegeta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;______________________________&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On saturday I made a present for myself - bought jeans :). Some time ago I promised myself jeans after I can fit into normal size in normal shop. I couldn&apos;t wait that long, so I accidentally bought jeans in big-sizes shop I usually look for clothes. I also tried to buy blouse to it - but the one I liked most was - a little too big for me :)... So yesterday I took my friend, went to the clothes market - and with her help I bought 2 blouses to my jeans :). Now I&apos;m afraid to go out wearing these blouses :)...&lt;br /&gt;My friend who went shopping with me said that I look very good now (not in absolute terms, but comparing to &quot;previous me&quot;). When I told her my weight is 86 now, she was silent for a moment, then said that her weight now is 56... While at the market - it was so easy for her to find fitting clothes :)... She goes to aerobics EVERY day for 2 hours in the row, plus runs every mornig for the last year, plus she is a vegetarian. I&apos;m not hoping to ever be like her - but god how good she looks :)...</description>

  <description>weight - 86&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food:&lt;br /&gt;breakfast - boiled meat (turkey)/vegetables&lt;br /&gt;Lunch - fish/vegetables&lt;br /&gt;Snack - dried fruits (sweet - pineapple, papayas, etc - collegue&apos;s at work, not mine)&lt;br /&gt;Diner - smoked fish/cucumber. A bite of rye bread. 2 pieces of rice bread with &quot;tea&quot; (water with honey)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bought same dried fruits package as we were eating at work. Did not open yet (but wanted very much...)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It looks like that I developed ugly habit of eating various tasty food at work. Today I did not have anything, and right 1 hour after lunch I started feeling that I want something tasty to eat. I was still full after lunch, so this need for food was strictly psychological :(...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No tennis tomorrow - I&apos;m going to congratulate my friend on her wedding... thinking on going to swimming pool after the wedding...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will meet my old friends at the wedding. Will they see any changes :) in my external view ...? We&apos;ll see.</description>

  <description>86 today, will be same or more tomorrow :(...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food:&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast - little piece of boiled meat (turkey I guess), salad (raddish/lettuce), boiled potatoes heated in microwave. 1 bite of rye bread.&lt;br /&gt;Snack - dried plums&lt;br /&gt;Lunch - kind of steamed fish/some sauce/vegetables&lt;br /&gt;Snack - dried plums&lt;br /&gt;Snack - some (apr 20 g) bear snacks (very tasty, some nuts, some crackers, apr 25 pieces - little ones. Wanted more, hardly stopped myself) It was not mine...&lt;br /&gt;Snack - 1 glass of carrot juice&lt;br /&gt;Diner - potatoes (ok, ok - fried potatoes)/vegetables (lettuce/cucumber/pickled mushrooms). Glass of carrot juice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I admit - today was a bad day. I could not stop myself from eating &quot;forbidden&quot; food. I kind of planned to skip diner, and then simply couldn&apos;t stop myself :(...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 hours of table tennis.</description>

  <description>weight - 85 today&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food:&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast - 2 apples&lt;br /&gt;Snack - 3 cookies (not mine), 1 candy (not mine)&lt;br /&gt;Lunch - turkey salad (turkey+ vegetables)&lt;br /&gt;Snack - 3 cookies (not mine), dried plums&lt;br /&gt;Snack - boiled peas/smoked meat (snack to bear)&lt;br /&gt;Snack - 1 cookie again&lt;br /&gt;Diner - 2 glasses of kvas, boiled fish/rice/vegetables (very tasty :))&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It was a strange day today  :) - collegues back from business trip with candies, aunt visit from another town - diner at restaurant, etc. I did what I could - but day was not perfect...</description>
